The Empowerment Academy is our flagship long-term development program. Over 12 months, girls embark on a carefully structured journey covering identity, confidence, wellness, emotional intelligence, communication, character, leadership, purpose, financial literacy, creativity, faith, and vision. Learning activities are adapted to each participant's age and developmental stage.
