Our Story
How It All Began
RareOne Initiative Inc. was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that every girl is uniquely gifted, deeply valuable, and created for a purpose. The name "RareOne" signifies the uniqueness, individuality, and exceptional potential that can shine through every girl. We are intentional about raising REGAL, ANOINTED, RE-VOLUTIONARY girls, influencing one girl at a time. RareOne is dedicated to helping girls who might be considered underserved, overlooked, or in need of special attention. Today, we serve girls aged 5–19 through mentorship, education, empowerment programs, and meaningful experiences that help them embrace who they are and all they are meant to become.

Faith-Founded, Not Religious
What we believe, and what that means for your daughter's experience.
Faith-Founded, Not Religious
RareOne Initiative is faith-founded: our values grow out of a Christian tradition of dignity, service and hope. We are not a religious organization, and we do not require, teach or promote any belief as part of our core programs. Girls of every background, culture and faith — or none — are equally welcome, and nothing about a girl's participation depends on what she believes.

Guardians choose whether their daughter takes part, and can change that choice at any time.

Practical support so that circumstance never decides who gets to grow.
Cost is never a barrier
Sponsorships and fee assistance cover Academy fees for families who need it. No girl is turned away because her family cannot pay.
Getting there
Transport help and virtual options mean girls outside the city, or without a ride, can still take part.
Accessible by design
Sessions use large-print materials on request, captioned video, and venues with step-free access. We ask about accommodations at registration.
Culturally welcoming
Girls of every culture, faith and family background are equally welcome, and programming never asks a girl to leave her identity at the door.

Our Commitment to Child Safety
The safety and well-being of every girl is our highest priority. All mentors and volunteers undergo thorough screening and safeguarding reviews. We maintain strict child protection policies, secure data handling practices, and age-appropriate programming. We do not enable unrestricted communication between adults and minors, and all mentoring interactions include appropriate safeguards, moderation, and oversight.

Abisola Olabisi is a Certified Teen Life Coach, Mindset Transformation Coach, mentor, speaker, and passionate advocate for the empowerment and holistic development of girls.
As the Lead Coach at RareOne Initiative Inc., she is committed to helping girls discover their identity, build confidence, develop emotional intelligence, cultivate strong values, and embrace their unique gifts and potential.
With a heart for mentorship and a passion for raising purpose-driven young women, Abisola creates empowering spaces where girls feel seen, valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.
Her mission is simple yet profound: to raise a generation of confident, resilient, virtuous, and purpose-driven girls who understand their worth and are equipped to make a positive impact in their world.
