Measurable Results

Outcomes for Participants

Confidence, leadership knowledge, financial literacy, attendance and satisfaction — measured before and after each cohort.

We measure five outcomes in every cohort: confidence, leadership knowledge, financial literacy, attendance and participant satisfaction. Indicators are scored 1–5 by participants and facilitators before and after each cohort. Results are published here as each cohort closes.

Participant Feedback

In Their Words

Shared only with written permission from the participant and her guardian.

Participant and guardian feedback is collected after every cohort. Quotes appear here once a family has reviewed and approved their words, so this section grows with each program.

What the Experience Meant

Consented stories, published without identifying details.

An Unforgettable Afternoon

My first Tea-party was an unforgettable experience. I had the opportunity to meet like-minded girls, and engage in genuine conversations with them. It was an afternoon of laughter, games, and good food. I would highly recommend this for girls who are looking to build their confidence and empower themselves in the Lord.

Connections Over Cake

Attending my first girls' tea party was such a special and memorable experience. It wasn't just about the food and drinks, though I must say, the cake was delicious and the tea was surprisingly sweet, which I loved, it was about the atmosphere and the connections we made.

Growing Closer to God

Through the academy, I learned the importance of getting closer to God in my daily life. I was inspired to make time for prayer and to plan when I would study the Word. I also set personal goals that I'm still working towards today.

Surrounded by My Girls

What made the tea party so meaningful was being surrounded by my girls, sharing our lives, talking about our challenges, and encouraging one another. It was refreshing and uplifting, and I left feeling both spiritually and emotionally filled.

How we report

We publish only verified figures, and we say how each one was collected. Photographs and identifying details about children are shared only with separate, explicit media consent. Where a program is still building its evidence base, we say so rather than estimating.
